We Begin Our Journey On December 6th, 2024!
Each week you will receive a module with either one or more of the following:
Instructional video, journaling prompts, meditations, embodiment practices and whatever else comes through me for the collective.
We will meet once a week* on Fridays at 12pm PST for a group call for rapid fire readings, questions, shares, brags, tears and hot seat coaching.
*every 4th week will be an integration week with no call for catching up and integrating the lessons and tools you are learning.
You will be part of a private Facebook Group.
This is where we will stay connected, be seen and witness each other’s experience while moving through the container and hopefully longer.
